How Music Entertains Us

Posted under: Rock Music

Music is one of the few things that bring life in so many situations in life. It helps you enjoy your simple and uneventful day and makes you revel in the beauty of a planned party at your friend’s house. The emo, indie, folk or alternative songs help make life a reality. You can live and enjoy your day as the music adds color it. The otherwise boring and empty canvas that sometimes mark your life is beautifully transformed by your music.

This is how music entertains us. It brings life and washes away and the mundane cycle of activities and schedules. When you play your emo, indie or alternative songs it touches you and you feel different. You know the music did it as you feel much better than before. You can now smile. There is even a bounce to your walk. The music entertains and causes you to want to be a part of life again.

Music helps you break barriers and boundaries that can confine you into your own little world. When you enter a room full of strangers and you hear some nice music playing, your worries ceases as you know everything is okay. The folk, alternative or indie song helps relax your tense muscles. The music acts as a great way to introduce yourself to someone you like in the room. No wonder whenever you hear, “nice music playing.” A strange face always accompanies it.

Without music all forms of celebrations and occasion would be a big source of unbearable pain to you. You can’t even bear to think how you would plan a birthday party. Luckily for you, music does so much for you. You let it play and just let your guests be. All you need is to make a beautiful compilation of your favorite indie, blues and emo songs and your party is set. Once you have said hello to everyone in attendance, you are sure everyone is going to enjoy themselves. The music is simply your co-host it keeps everyone happy and cheerful. You only need to make sure you are around to see your guest depart.

When it comes to music as an entertainment you can’t help but wonder how it lifts your spirits so effortlessly! One moment you are complaining bitterly to your spouse how you don’t want to get out of the house and the next you are grinning from ear to ear. The music playing at the cafe is just great. You love the emo, blues and indie songs blurting out of the speakers. You can’t help but think how great it is. And you are proud of yourself that you agreed to come.

When you listen to music it just makes you take pleasure in life and it sends away your gloom and doom. It’s like your spirit is renewed. You love more at this moment. The music makes you heart beat faster and feel lighter. It’s not surprising you fell in love while listening to the emo or blues song.

Maxwell Now Pop Music CD Review

Posted under: Pop Music

The exceptionally talented Pop artist Maxwell has released him CD entitled Now. I am very confident and happy to announce that I believe Maxwell fans, and Pop fans alike will be pleased with this one. With the release of Now Maxwell’s artistic excellence is on full display as Maxwell has once again delivered a brilliant collection of tracks that could very well be him best work to date.

I wish it weren’t the case but, it’s not everyday that I get a CD from an artist that I can just pop in and comfortably listen to from beginning to end. There is usually a song or two that I just can’t force myself to get through. Not at all the case with Now. Every track is enjoyable and was pretty easy for me to listen to from start to finish.

Pop music fans will recognize some of the well known guests that have been assembled to play along with Maxwell on several of the tracks. Artists like Bruce C. Bouton and Steve Bernstein just to name a couple.

If you’re even mildly into Pop music you’ll enjoy this CD. Overall Now is an outstanding release. I give it my double thumbs up. You will not be disappointed with one single track.

While this entire CD is really very good some of my favorites are track 2 – Get To Know Ya, track 7 – For Lovers Only, and track 12 – Now/At The Party

My Bonus Pick, and the one that got Sore [...as in "Stuck On REpeat"] is track 1 – Get To Know Ya Intro. It’s a great track!
